About the roleThis is a 12-month parental leave contract and ideally, we are seeking full-time however part-time arrangements can be considered for the right applicant (minimum of 3 days per week). There may also opportunities for extension or a transition into other related areas of the business at the end of the contract term.
As a Credit Management Officer, you will implement solutions that help improve our customers financial situation and ability to pay outstanding loans, credit cards, overdrafts or overdraws. You will demonstrate high levels of empathy and an ability to build strong rapport with our customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Proactively taking action on delinquent customer accounts in line with our policies & procedures. This may include loans, credit cards, overdrafts, and overdraws.
- Managing the payments of invoices within the Credit Management Team.
- Ensuring all debt collection activity is conducted within Statutory and Legislative requirements; and
- Assisting the team with general administrative duties.
