The Opportunity
- Maintaining and fostering great customer relationships
- Empathetic collection of outstanding debt and understanding the reasons behind any delays
- Management of credit limits, providing recommendations
- Meet with and understand the customer accounts and payment issues
- Managing customer records and payment details
- Minimize current and overdue debt
- Manage internal and external relationships
- Addressing customer inquiries with a positive friendly attitude
- Problem solve any issues that arise
- Processing payments
- Reconciliations of bank and AR accounts
- 1-3 years’ experience in Credit/Collections/AR or similar finance role
- Would consider someone with customer service experience who has recently completed a finance degree/certificate
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills prioritizing customer experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passionate individual looking to grow with the business
