This can include obtaining credit data, maintaining,andadministering credit applications, and liaising with Novated Sales Consultants to gain clarity or supporting information if or when required.YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE…The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: On-board new clients as per approved policies Build relationships with internal customers to support their understanding of the credit decision process Provide exceptional customer service to all enquiries Ensuring all credit applications are assessed in line with the group credit policy Approve credit applications as per delegated authority Document processes within the SG Fleet process mapping system when and where required Undertake manual KYC customer verification when and where required A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUEssential A sound understanding and demonstrated experience with credit frameworks and policies Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Basic credit underwriting skills Working knowledge of legal documentation and applicable legal business codes Strong technical/numerical skills including critical analysis and problem solving Effective communicator both verbally and in writing professionally Strong adherence to processes Ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately An understanding of business acumen and commercial awareness Desirable Experience in novated credit Credit analysis experience Experience in KYC / AML Experience in the salary packaging industry Knowledge and understanding of industry legislative requirements Degree qualification in Business / Commerce / Finance or equivalent.
