We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Officer to join the team and take full ownership of the role. Located at our Dandenong South Head Office - the hub of our National distribution and vital part of our business. We are committed to producing and delivering high-quality products that meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
As a Credit Officer at Hayward Pool Products, you will play a critical role in building long-term client relationships and ensuring invoices are paid as and when they fall due.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and setting up new Debtors in ERP.
- Raising invoices and reconciling against stock released by warehouse.
- Processing Credit Card Payments and EFT Payments in ERP.
- Following up on current outstanding invoices, emailing invoices when requested and setting payment commitments.
- Handling billing disputes and raising credit notes where required for approval.
- Filing paperwork including invoicing, statements and payment remittances.
- Managing Accounts Receivable inbox/phone and responding to clients in a timely manner.
General Duties
- Account Reconciliations.
- Specific reports as requested.
- Accounts Receivable/Credit Officer.
- General office duties.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience with strong focus on accounts receivable along with minimum qualification of Accounting Diploma.
