- Monitor current and emerging trends in the Credit Risk Portfolio as well as across the banking sector.
- Assess impacts of such risk trends on the credit portfolio performance.
- Maintain risk appetite and limits setting.
- Prepare Credit Risk reporting to key stakeholders (eg. Credit Committee, Risk Committee, the Board, APRA, Rating Agencies etc.)
- Support the broader Credit Risk strategies and process optimisation initiatives.
- Ensure ongoing compliance and controls are in line with regulatory standards
- Lead a small team of analysts and senior analysts.
- 5+ years of Credit Risk management experience in banking.
- Strong understanding of APRA prudential standards, risk management frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Experience with RWA calculations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and analytical skills.
