Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join our highly successful and market leading Residential team.
Based in the Melbourne CBD office above our state-of-the-art project showroom, you will work directly with our two Residential Victorian Leaders as well as our National Director of Operations, providing high level administrative support, whilst also supporting the day to day running and operations of the Residential office and its people.
This multi-faceted role will provide you with exposure to all areas of the business, and suit someone who thrives in a fast paced environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Support Directors with their day to day administration;
  • Assist with preparation of client presentations and reports;
  • Ensure all systems, registers, filing are maintained and up to date;
  • Document and report on business support processes;
  • Support, facilitate and implement projects to deadline;
  • Resolve issues and refer enquiries to relevant departments and managers;
  • Support the role out of any IT, Finance, HR and/or Legal team initatives;
  • Support in the management of the front of house area (Receptionist);
  • Onboarding new staff members; and
  • Assist with other administrative/adhoc duties as required.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you ideally have the following:
  • Administration background;
  • Strong customer-centric approach;
  • Intermediate MS office and advanced computer skills;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills; and
  • Proactive, team orientated attitude including a high level of initiative.
The successful applicant will be a flexible multi-tasker with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
