About the Role
The CRM Digital Assistant is responsible for working with Officers of the union to plan, develop, implement, manage and report on member growth and participation strategies. They will provide advice on opportunities for growth and engagement. The CRM Digital Assistant will assist in planning CRM related digital campaigns.
We currently have a permanent full-time position available.
About You
To be considered for this position you will need to clearly demonstrate the following essential skills and experience: (Desired only if in italics)
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field
- Experience in a marketing or similar role
- Proficiency in Office 365 and strong familiarity with relevant and emerging database trends and applications
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing
- The ability to prioritise competing deadlines, multitask and utilise strong time and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail with outstanding editing and proofreading skills
- A high level of active listening, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to accurately interpret and relay information
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital and email marketing
- Strong analytical skills to analyse metrics and create reports
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Positive attitude to unionism
- A demonstrated awareness of WHS policies and procedures

The New South Wales Teachers Federation is the registered trade union representing NSW public school teachers in pre-schools, infants, primary and secondary schools and TAFE Institutes.
