Reporting to the Director, Portfolio Change you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of portfolio and project Change Management activities to support the implementation of key reform initiatives for QCS.
At a Portfolio level, you will manage the analysis and reporting of Portfolio Change for the organisation, including change impact, interdependency and complexity assessments You will identify change risks and advise on strategies to ensure QCS can prepare, manage and sustain change and transformation outcomes. You will lead the planning and execution of Change Management activities to support implementation of complex projects, programs and reform initiatives.
