The Corporate Services Division incorporates governance, finance, legal, risk, information technology, property and logistics.

The focus of the Division is to ensure Cancer Council’s Corporate Services operate to the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness to ensure compliance and support the organisation to deliver on its Strategic Priorities. The Division also works to ensure the protection and optimisation of the Council’s financial and business assets, and reputation. Part of Corporate Services Division, the IT team includes Digital services, Operations, Change Management and CRM teams.

About the opportunity

We are transforming our CRM ecosystem, and this role will play a key role in managing our future platform. We are seeking a CRM Product Manager to join the Corporate Services Division. Reporting to the CRM Program Manager your role is to:Work with business product owners and key stakeholders to develop, manage, and prioritise the product roadmap and backlog, considering competing business needs.

Work with solution architects articulating business needs/objectives towards solutioning and aligning strategic goals to vendor managed solutions ensuring the delivery of value. Support the CRM implementation program across activities, user story development and review, design, testing, change and training activities. Develop documentation to support the ongoing CRM Centre of Excellence.

Support and facilitate ongoing training and communications to drive consistent and effective use and adoption of the CRM across teams. Manage stakeholder relationships – ensuring that all stakeholders feel involved, informed and able to contribute to the ongoing success of the platform. Be an active and engaged member of the Technology team.

All about you

In more details, here’s some of the experience and criteria that we’re looking for:Relevant tertiary qualification in business, technology, computing or related field and/or substantial technology experience in a medium to large organisation. Experience leading the product lifecycle for CRM solutions including defining the product roadmap and managing its backlog.

Experience working in a hybrid Agile environment to deliver CRM implementations across the full delivery lifecycle. Experience leading matrix teams (including direct/indirect reports and external providers). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to quickly build productive working relationships across multiple business units, lead other team members and build consensus around the best way forward.

Demonstrated problem solver, who can identify practical pathways to deliver business priorities, manage multiple and concurrent priorities at once under tight timeframes and remain calm under pressure. Flexible, with the ability to quickly adapt to change.
