The Commis Chef is recognised as a Senior Cook who works well with minimum supervision and is able to lead customer service standards. As a Commis Chef you will – proactively identify operational gaps and present ideas for service improvement while being results focused and driven. Your people agility, communication skills, teamwork and ability to make decisions under pressure are all critical success factors in this role.
