Hi-Quality Group, a privately Australian owned family company, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, motivated and disciplined Crushing & Screening Fitter who possesses the necessary skills and ability to improve the performance and profitability of our business.
Our company specialises in quarry operations, resource recycling, landfills, waste treatment, and transport and logistics, with operations across NSW, ACT, Victoria and Queensland. The company has been established for over 55 years.
Position Overview
The successful applicant will be responsible for the operation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of the company's mobile and fixed crushing and screening equipment, as well as fault finding & diagnostics to assist the prevention of break downs or unexpected down time of machinery. This is a hands-on position and must show initiative and a strong understanding of the crushing and screening located on site.
The successful applicant will be required to
- Proven experience maintaining and repairing mobile crushing equipment, including impact, jaw and cone crushers (Finlay and Metso crushing experience desirable)
- Ensure the requirements of the business are met by utilising existing plant, equipment and resources
- Ensures crushing and screening equipment maintained and operational.
- Completing diagnosis, general maintenance, breakdowns, services and component change outs
- Proven strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
- High attention to detail for completing paperwork accurately and effectively
- Current Australian Driver's License
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- White Card (or willing to obtain)
