ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYUQ Sport is seeking an energetic, personable and passionate Customer Service Officer/Lifeguard to join our energetic and fun team! This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
Your confidence, resilience and excellent communication skills will enable you to stay calm and effective during emergency situations. Your exceptional relationship building skills will see you integrating well within the organisation.
In this role you will:- Provide reception and sales services to UQ Sport customers
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and safety
- Ensure the safety of all patrons of the Centre by effectively preventing and responding to emergency situations.
- 12 months’ previous experience in a customer-facing role preferably in an aquatic centre environment.
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Pool Lifeguard – willing to obtain prior to starting
- Blue Card
