Lifeguards

Aquatic Centres

Casual

MB1 $27.18 per hour + 23% casual loading = $33.43 per hour

(junior rates apply)

Hervey Bay / Maryborough

What we are looking for:

Enjoy being in and around the water and looking for a rewarding role working for the community? We are looking for fit and motivated people who are available for casual work at our Aquatic Centres and Wetside.

What you should have to apply:

  • Current Pool Life Guard qualification or the ability to obtain prior to starting
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
  • Working with Children Blue Card
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Awareness of Safety
  • Possess good interpersonal skills in order to provide excellent customer service and work effectively as part of a team
  • Queensland Class “C” drivers’ licence

What’s nice to have:

  • Previous Group Fitness Instructor experience
  • General construction induction (White Card)
