Be the head of culinary operations and work side by side with a group owner. Melbourne based role. Manage a national portfolio

About the opportunity

We strongly believe this is a once in a decade opportunity for culinary leaders seeking an executive position that will allow you to lead the creative and operational development of a national hospitality group.
In this role you will be responsible for cost management, menu innovation & development, quality assurance, training, and network expansions.

In this role you will work closely with a specialist food & beverage team as well as a business owner, and you will understand and appreciate their values and work carried out around diversity, sustainability, and social value.

The candidate
  • Ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience as a Group Executive Chef, Culinary Director or Culinary Operations Manager working at a Regional or National Manager level
  • leading and managing culinary teams, shaping organisational culinary vision, and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Experience leading and inspiring culinary teams, creating & developing menus in line with group vision, adding value to systems that lead to higher level of efficiency and profitability
  • You see the big picture and have the ability to drive other peoples vision
  • Able to work within a corporate structure in a role that is well defined
