Culinary Staff - Head Chef, Sous Chef, Cook x2

Skills & Experience

● Must have experience in a similar role in the kitchen

● Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery, but not essential

● Have an understanding of food safety requirements

● Implementation for seasonal changes and weekly and weekend Specials. 

● Liaising with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen

● Excellent communication and time management skills are essential

● Exceptional personal presentation standards

● Integrity and honesty are essential

  • Ability to stock take and order from suppliers effectively
  • Ability to create specials and introduce it to management

● Work alongside the Chef in the daily running of the kitchen.

● Be responsible preparing and cooking food to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and food

service.

● Be able to take direction and implement new ideas on your own or from management

● Immediate start!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Salary: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
