Skills & Experience
● Must have experience in a similar role in the kitchen
● Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery, but not essential
● Have an understanding of food safety requirements
● Implementation for seasonal changes and weekly and weekend Specials.
● Liaising with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
● Excellent communication and time management skills are essential
● Exceptional personal presentation standards
● Integrity and honesty are essential
- Ability to stock take and order from suppliers effectively
- Ability to create specials and introduce it to management

Salary: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
