About:
The venue is a vibrant hub that encompasses three bars, a café, a restaurant, function and conference facilities, and live music entertainment. As the Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Executive Chef and Senior Management team while contributing to the growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct day-to-day management of the Café/Restaurant to ensure effective and profitable service.
- Develop and set menus for the restaurant and catering functions.
- Conduct efficient ordering and stock control for all kitchen areas.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee the designated food service area and maintain commitment to service excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant trade qualification in Commercial Cookery.
- 5+ years of kitchen management or supervisory experience.
- Experience in the Club Industry preferred.
- Familiarity with Cooking the Books software is advantageous.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership abilities with a commitment to teamwork.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
