The Education & Quality Services team at Swinburne University of Technology are looking for a Curriculum and Quality Specialist to join their team.
The Curriculum and Quality Specialist will be responsible for facilitating course accreditation activities, supporting records management, quality assurance processes and curriculum reporting for accreditation. The position is responsible for secretarial duties for academic committees. The position will also provide advice to academic staff on University policies and procedures that relate to curriculum development, course accreditation and Quality assurance.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy and exercise sound problem solving and judgement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey and elicit information effectively and to develop cooperative working relationships with diverse stakeholders both internal and external
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and to prepare dashboards and detailed reports using excel
- Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to and work cooperatively within a team environment
- A degree or advanced diploma with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
