- Food safety knowledge is critical and you will have a demonstrated knowledge of excellent food safety standards;
- Have a developed knowledge of WHS best practices in a commercial kitchen.
Qualifications and hands-on experience
- Minimum of 3 years working in a chef role in a fast-paced commercial kitchen with authentic Indian Cuisine experience;
- Strong knowledge of costing food and invoice management - COGS is inclusive and aligned to individual dishes.
- Must have successfully completed Certificate 3 in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equal qualifications
