The Role
The role of the Customer Account Resolution Officer is to work closely with Customer Accounts to provide solutions to questions/queries, review numerical data, prepare reports, produce payment file data and provide excellent customer service. You will support customers to solve problems or issues that arise with their billing and invoice information.
Communicate with internal teams as well as retailers regarding queries and provide support where required.
In this data driven role, you will be responsible for identifying issues and problem solving in order to maintain customer satisfaction
The Requirements
To be considered for this role you will be tertiary qualified, extremely detail orientated and have proven experience handling Customer Accounts in large corporate businesses.
You will be strong in working with large amounts of numerical data, producing reports, and have excellent customer problem solving skills. You will have advanced skills in MS suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
Experience in a consultancy, energy, environmental or metering services role is highly regarded.
You will have excellent time management and a good commercial acumen. Excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and, above all show initiative, is essential to your success.
