We are looking for a dynamo Office Administrator to join our small and busy team in Perth. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone to have autonomy in an administrative role whilst contributing to the growth of organisation across a 4-day week. As our Office Administrator, you will play a central role in keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for: Providing full EA support to the CEO Coordinating travel arrangements and bookings for a small team Main point of contact for suppliers, building management and all visitors Responding to enquiries from all AROSE stakeholders including suppliers, general public Administration management and handling of enquiries for all AROSE Member organisations Finance support to the CFO including processing invoices and expenses and assisting with payroll and accounts Maintaining office records, filing systems and some reporting Support in the lead up to and onsite management of a range of events and marketing activities Providing general administrative support to the team as required General duties to ensure the smooth running of the office To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience of a minimum of 5 years in a similar office administration role Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment A positive and proactive attitude This is a part time, permanent position with a competitive salary.
