The Role
We have a great part time opportunity for 2 local Northern Beaches people to Job Share with either a 3 day week Monday to Wednesday or 2 day week Thursday to Friday with strong customer service and administration experience. Working in a small team, the role is to take the lead and deliver a high standard of customer service to our café partners, our showroom customers and the internal team. Role is to also cover office staff on annual leave or when required.

Responsibilities
- Taking a lead in providing our café partner customer management and support including taking customer phone calls, orders and schedules, co-ordinating for despatch/delivery, dealing with customer enquiries
- Use online ordering system and Xero to process and maintain customer accounts
- Creating and maintaining positive and healthy relationships with café partners and the internal teams to ensure clear and timely communication for customer management
- Experience to manage all customer debtors within trading terms
- Contribute to general office and business administration and support
Skills & Experience
- Strong customer service and support ethic
- High attention to detail and methodical approach to work
- Excellent time management, organisational and administration skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Self-motivated with an enthusiastic and friendly personality, able to build excellent working relationships
- Ability to engage with suppliers and customers, and internal teams
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Xero experience an advantage
