Role
Ray White Sutherland Shire currently has an outstanding opportunity to join their Customer Care team supporting the Sales Executives.
Ray White Sutherland Shire is one of the Shire's top agencies and is part of one of the most recognised brands in Australia. Our reputation is based on the pillars of exceptional customer service, brilliant results for our clients and a strong presence in the Sutherland Shire residential market.
The position consists of calling existing clients, updating details, documenting conversation outcomes and liaising with Sales Executives when appropriate.
This is a busy but flexible role that will see the successful candidate working 15-20 hours per week, either from home or in the Kirrawee Office. Hours are flexible to suit your work/life balance.
Essential Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
You must live in the Sutherland Shire or have lived here previously and know the area well.
Previous customer service experience.
Comfortable with phone communication.
Computer skills are essential.
Full training, support, mobile phone allowance and generous hourly rate provided.
This role relies heavily on your ability to communicate effectively using technology and the telephone.
