The Role
As a Flick Sales Agent, you would be responsible for contacting existing customers to upgrade/schedule their services and speaking with incoming warm, leads, to convert them into Flick Customers. You will be required to follow a clear and effective sales process to ensure the best possible outcome for both Flick and its customers. You will be required to work from our Port Macquarie branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct all required outbound and inbound calls according to KPI’s and targets provided by Flick
- Respond to Web leads quickly
- Follow the proven Flick sales process to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained.
- Transition and or upgrade current customers to Flick’s most suitable new services
- Present the most suitable services to new customers and be solutions oriented.
- Ensure all records of customers are up to date in our systems to ensure a seamless transition for our technical teams to carry out work for our customers.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Position requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales and/or telemarketing
- An engaging sales energy with a results-driven focus
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customer quickly
- Previous experience using a CRM system, Excel & Outlook
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as a positive member of the team
- Be willing to travel for training
