Our customer service model forms the beating heart of CAMILLA and our Customer Care Liaisons are our biggest ambassadors. They are at the front line supporting our Online and Retail channels with anything and everything that get’s thrown at them! So, what is a day in the life of a Customer Care Angel?
- Working in the office, you may work across live chat, phones or on outstanding tickets
- Liaising with new and existing clients, offering angelic customer service
- Working with our warehouse to organize returns, refunds and exchanges
- Provide styling and product advice for our Online Channel
- De-escalate and resolve any difficult issues
- Assist with any staff orders and requests
- Support special events (e.g. in store collaborations and online warehouse sales)
- Work on improving processes and systems with the Customer Care Team Lead
What are we looking for in our new CC Angels?
- Experience in customer service and VIP management (min 1 year)
- Process oriented individuals
- Practiced escalation and de-escalation skills
- A passion for CAMILLA and ability to learn in-depth product knowledge
- A calm and resilient person with great tone of voice
- Independent workers who can work well remotely or in small teams
- Knowledge of systems Zendesk and Shopify preferred
