Customer Care Officer

About the role

UGL Telecommunications, part of the Services Division is seeking applications from experienced Customer Care Officers for an immediate start.  

This is a permanent full time role and based in Tullamarine Victoria. 

The Customer Care Officer delivers the best possible customer service experience in a professional and proficient manner that ensures program objectives and client expectations are met and exceeded. 

About You

In addition to being an experienced all-round administrator; the following experience and personal traits will be highly regarded:

• Previous experience working in a high change environment with high workflow and call volume
• Excellent telephone manner with proficient skills in computers
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to change and learn new systems and processes
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain internal and external relationships
• Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality and organise / prioritise demands
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work without supervision
