Customer Care Officer delivers the best possible customer service experience in a professional and proficient manner that ensures program objectives and client expectations are met and exceeded.
About YouIn addition to being an experienced all-round administrator; the following experience and personal traits will be highly regarded:
- Previous experience working in a high change environment with high workflow and call volume
- Excellent telephone manner with proficient skills in computers
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain internal and external relationships
- Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality and organise / prioritise demands
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work without supervision
