Customer Care Representative

Chandler Macleod currently has a very exciting opportunity for Customer Care Representative in the Goulburn Valley area.
In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs. You will have a desire to build strong relationships with customers, as well as internal stakeholders and maintain positive internal relationships built on integrity, loyalty, openness, and respect
You will also

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently.
• Manage customer communications, especially regarding ETA's, freight, order status, and product inquiries.
• Accurately process customer orders and collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless fulfillment.
• Provide sales support, addressing specific enquiries and participate in morning sales meetings.
• Support the initiation of business processes like starting month invoice requests, bounce backs, works order filing and debtor management.
• Execute data entry tasks, manage inboxes and funnel essential emails to relevant departments.
