If you are an enthusiastic IT/Customer Support Care Representative, who is passionate about providing every customer an exceptional experience, have telecommunications expertise and are looking for career progression this is the role for you. Skills Required
- Must have prior experience in a Telecommunications Company and customer service.
- Salesforce or Hubspot skills (ideally both)
- A passion for the Internet, Wi-Fi, and network technology.
- Good understanding of home networking, using routers and Wi-Fi technologies.
- Strong literacy skills
- Education within telecommunications networking.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
