ABOUT THE ROLE:
Arrow Bronze is the leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of cast bronze and aluminium memorial plaques and products for the cemetery, memorialization, architectural and government sectors.
We are now looking for a passionate, highly motivated, energetic, and hands-on Customer Care Representative to join our team in Dandenong South.
As a Customer Service Officer at Arrow Bronze, Australia, you'll be the frontline champion providing top-notch support and assistance to our valued customers. From addressing enquiries to processing orders and resolving concerns, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining robust customer relationships. Your dedication to delivering exceptional service will directly contribute to the company's and your success.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Process orders efficiently using our systems, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Manage backorders and exceptions.
- Proactively communicate with customers about order status, product availability, and delivery tracking, and strengthen relationships.
- Address customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including factory and supply chain, to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Handling inbound customer calls and emails, ensuring customer service objectives are achieved.
- Making outbound customer calls and emails to organize and confirm order status and deliveries.
- Adhere to processes but always look for opportunities to improve them.
- Establishing long-term relationships with our customers and internal team members.
ABOUT YOU:
We work in a complex and fast-paced environment. You will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated person with high energy, time management skills and a strong focus on customer support.
In addition to the above, having the below would be advantageous.
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service roles.
- Ability to work in and support the broader team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and highly organized.
- A positive "can do" attitude and an engaging behaviour.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work on a roster between 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
