Full Training Provided – Bring your willingness to learn & grow
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm – Order processing for farming products through reseller channels
Variety of backgrounds considered – Excellent interpersonal skills must! Good computer and keyboard skills essential

An insight to the role
Provide phone-based customer services support to our rural retail & farming customers across Australia
Assist customers with product queries and provide product solutions
Accurately process/data entry of sales orders via an online order system & email
Work alongside our production & warehouse teams regarding availability of product
Proactively work together within a small team to achieve outcomes & support our national sales team
Key success factors
Professional – articulate – helpful – willing to learn – customer focused
Competent & accurate data entry skills & attention to detail essential
Computer literacy - Excel & SAP or other ERP systems experience ideal – but we can teach you!
Excellent people & communication skills & strong problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure, remain calm & positive in all customer & team communications
We are open to considering grads; retail sales backgrounds; all sorts of customer service experience
