Your new company
This State Government Department assists people within South Australia to resolve issues within specific areas of the law. They are seeking a temporary contractor to join them within their customer service team for a period of 8 weeks with a potential extension.
Your new role
Will be providing case management and customer service to clients who are completing applications to be submitted to the department. You will manage the application from lodgement to completion while providing comprehensive and professional customer service. You will be answering calls, emails and mail along with providing face-to-face customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience within a customer service role
- Resilient and empathic nature
- The ability to remain impartial while providing great customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administration skills to ensure case notes are accurate and comprehensive.
- Previous experience working within the Property Industry is advantageous.
- A current National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months is required for this role.
What you'll get in return
An 8-week temporary role working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, with a potential extension. An hourly pay rate of $42 per hour + Super and ongoing support and training from your manager.
