I am looking for an exceptional individual with incredible communication and interpersonal skills who thrives in a dynamic team environment and thrives on stakeholder engagement.
This team leadership role provides operational support and advice to ensure Service Delivery is performed at the highest standard and quality outcomes are delivered. It will be required to coordinate and assist in strategic planning and support as well as program and project management in order to achieve the Team's objective of supporting a participant's return to the community from care.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing staff across a range of activities including workforce planning, reporting and performance management
- Providing accurate and specialised advice ensuring knowledge and compliance with relevant legislation and policy frameworks across multiple portfolios
- Assessing and maintaining quality processes and documentation relating to service delivery
- Coordinating and analysing data and written information, preparing internal and/or external communication including reports, advice, presentations for ministerial and parliamentary responses
Ideally you will possess:
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and engagement skills, having the ability to liaise and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills and an ability to multitask
- Experience in the disability, health and/or aged care sectors
- Case management experience would be highly desirable
