The company;
This leading privately owned Australian client who provides premium quality products throughout Australia is looking to hire a driven and enthusiastic Customer care officer to join their team.
The Role;

1. To provide support and guidance to customers through inbound communication channels (email/phone/chat).
2. Action and respond to all customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Offer proactive advice and solutions to all customer enquiries.
4. Resolve issues such as complaints, incorrect orders, and delivery delays.
5. Perform administrative tasks and enter data as required.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
7. Accurately record all enquiries, transactions, and process sales orders within CRM Systems.

About you;

1. Proficient computer and organizational skills.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
4. Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently.
5. Ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner.
6. Well-spoken with a good phone manner.
7. Strong data entry and administration skills.
8. Must be a Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen.
