Role Overview:
This leading privately owned Australian client who provides premium quality products throughout Australia is looking to hire a driven and enthusiastic Customer Complaints officer to join their team.
Responsibilities
- To provide support and guidance to customers through inbound communication channels (email/phone/chat).
- Action and respond to all customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Offer proactive advice and solutions to all customer enquiries.
- Resolve issues such as complaints, incorrect orders, and delivery delays.
- Perform administrative tasks and enter data as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
- Accurately record all enquiries, transactions, and process sales orders within CRM Systems.
- Minimum 2 years' customer service experience
- Proficient computer and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently.
- Ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner.
- Well-spoken with a good phone manner.
- Strong data entry and administration skills.
- Must be a Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen.
- ASAP start
- Part time, permanent role
- Tuesdays, Wednesday & Thursdays, 8-4pm
