In partnership with our clients, these assignments are an opportunity for individuals to transfer their frontline customer skills to a more specialised phone-based Customer Contact role.
Your Duties
- Provide outstanding service by responding to inbound calls from a wide range of customers.
- Gather critical information from customers to understand their needs and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Draft and forward written assessments on customer requirements.
Our Selection
Together with your university qualifications, you will possess:
- Previous experience in call centre or customer service/sales in Hospitality, Aged Care, Retail or similar
- Tech savvy skills to pick up and follow a new system
- The ability to think on your feet
- An articulate, intelligent communication (verbal and written) style to connect with people from all walks of life,
- The initiative to collaborate with a team and ensure your goals are reached.
- High resilience .
- Attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- An empathetic, unbiased attitude towards customers and their situations
