Hybrid approach to working
Become the Executive Assistant to the CEO of one of Australia's beloved retail giants. Assist with traditional administrative tasks, handle ad hoc requests and support the broader C-Suite team, managing travel and expenses as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Diary and Calendar Management: Ensure efficient scheduling of the CEO's commitments.
Meeting Coordination: Structure and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Travel Management: Facilitate seamless travel arrangements for the CEO.
Event Preparation: Assist in organizing key events and conferences.
Communication Management: Manage daily email correspondence and handle sensitive communications.
Administration Support: Handle expense claims, coordinate financial reports, and distribute legal documentation.
Office Tasks: Undertake general office and visitor-related responsibilities.
Legal management, finance and other responsibilities as delegated by the Group CEO.
Desired Qualities:
Proactive Approach: Display initiative in organizational and administrative support.
Technical Proficiency: Excel in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Relationship Building: Establish strong working relationships across the organization.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar PA/EA role supporting senior business leaders is essential.
Always advocate for the brand, and provide ideas for continuous improvement
