Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity in our Vic team as a Customer Enquiries Service Officer.
In this role you will be directly supporting our existing and potential customers as well as all enquiries on our centralised number and email. You will be supporting multiple stakeholders both internal and external and provide them outstanding customer service.
Other responsibilities include:
- Manage all enquiries with a high level of customer service by following business processes, capturing mandatory data, referring to reference materials and prioritising the customer’s requirements
- Provide follow up to all outstanding enquiries and requests within stated timeframe
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all customer interactions (internal and external)
About You
- An enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for customer experience
- Experience with nurturing potential leads
- Strong inbound customer service or similar front of house experience
- Experience working in a services, healthcare or in disability services is preferred
- Familiarity with working to SLA’s and customer experience measures NPS
- Excellent Ability to engage across the organisation from front line staff to executives using the appropriate language.
