Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries via phone and in in writing.
• Complete various administration tasks, interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Update and maintain records and databases accurately.
• Make outbound contacts to customers via email, SMS, and phone calls.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage customer enquiries, problem solve, and resolve complaints.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP, desired but not essential.
