Your next opportunity 

Embark on a journey of elevated customer satisfaction with our Customer Experience National Administrator role, the driving force behind a seamless and exceptional Customer Experience.  In the dynamic realm of Customer Experience operations, this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Customer Experience department with the organisation.  

Your day will involve: 

  • Generate and analyse customer requests for information, disputes, claims, providing insights into performance, trends, and areas for improvement.  
  • Maintain organised records, of meetings, customer disputes, customers enquiries and other relevant documentation.  
  • Provide administrative support to sales and service teams including creating reports, preparing presentations, and handling routine sales and service enquiries.  
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams, and the broader business to ensure seamless sales and service operations.  
  • Verbal and written communications with customers regarding request for information, disputes and claims and other relevant information.  
  • Generating comprehensive reports for Quality Control (QC) actions and accuracy in credit raised reporting, and contact center's performance and national Customer Experience.
  • Efficiently assign cases or tasks to appropriate teams or individuals within the organisation for management and resolution.
  • Continuous improvement and performance optimisation, offering recommendations for process optimization based on data-driven insights. 

What are we looking for? 

  • A degree in Business or a related field.  
  • Proven experience in a sales and service support or administrative role.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Proactive with time management, demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and record keeping.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced- and dynamic sales environment.  
  • Proficient in creating comprehensive reports using Tableau, PBI, SQL or similar. 
  • Proven experience in driving initiatives to enhance overall operational and reporting performance.
