SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Customer Experience Team Leader
PURPOSE OF ROLE: The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for responding to all customer inquiries efficiently via email, live chat and social media platforms
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to all customer inquiries efficiently via email, live chat and social media platforms
- Undertaking all customer support administration tasks including customer follow up, order processing and returns
- Handling returns and refunds including opening parcels and quality checking items
- Ensuring Customer Experience expectations are exceeded in every interaction with Ryderwear
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
- A demonstrated background in customer support roles with an administrative focus
- An understanding and working knowledge of ecommerce businesses
- The ability to provide excellent customer service over email and live chat
- Exceptional organisational skills and be a very efficient administrator with high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
- A strong work ethic and a passion to deliver excellence in customer service The ability to work within a dynamic and fast paced environment Proven background working with a variety of systems
- A background or exposure to Logistics and Warehouse operations is advantageous
