Customer Experience Supervisor

At Tennis World, tennis is our focus and our passion, and we are committed to ensuring the sport is easy to access and enjoyable to play. We offer a variety of programs and services including hotshots, cardio tennis, coaching and social competitions. Our programs open the door to grassroots participation and offer fantastic sessions that combines tennis, fitness and fun into the one. We now have the opportunity for a Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team at the Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre on a full-time, permanent basis. As Customer Experience Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our valued members, enthusiastic coaching students, and diverse customer base. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including managing court hire, enhancing membership engagement, coordinating programs, social leagues, and tournaments, overseeing coaching sessions, supervising the pro-shop, facilitating tours, showcasing merchandise, and ensuring the café operates seamlessly.About the roleIn this role you will:Maintain a high standard of customer service excellence across multiple channels - phone, email, and in-person communicationEngage customers through café services and offer expertise in merchandise and apparel sales at our Pro ShopContribute to administrative functions with a keen eye for detail, ensuring records are well organised and accurately maintainedProactively identify event opportunities while building strong professional networks and relationshipsPromote team engagement, collaboration, and a vibrant workplace atmosphereAbout youWhat you will bring to the role:Demonstrated leadership in delivering exceptional customer serviceExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailA team player, adept at fostering collaboration and unity within a diverse work environmentProficiency in Point of Sale systems and experience in cash handlingFood & Beverage Qualifications are highly regardedAn understanding or passion for the sport of tennis is advantageous, reflecting an alignment with our core values and offeringsFlexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekend and late-night shiftsYou must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children CheckWhat's to love?Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunitiesMonthly health & wellbeing activities through our Thrive programOnsite tennis facilities and gymA range of discounts from our sponsorship partnersTo ApplyIf you think you're up to the challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
