This automotive company with high standards for customer service is looking for the next superstar to join their team.
Your new role
- Providing excellent customer service and managing inbound calls and queries
- Operating phone calls in a professional manner, transferring calls where needed
- Assisting in providing reporting to Management when required
- Rotating roster between the office hours of 8.00am – 8:00pm Monday to Friday
- Resolving customer issues on first call resolution
What you'll need to succeed
- Must be an Australian Citizen or hold PR
- Previous or current Customer Service/ Collections experience/ Insurance
- Experience managing and responding to customer complaints
- Financial Services / Motor Vehicle industry experience
- Proven experience being self-motivated and results-driven with an ability to work under own initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers and build relationships at all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate experience in the Microsoft suite of products
- Strong time management and stakeholder management skills
- Rotating roster between the office hours of 8.00am – 8:00pm Monday to Friday
