Your new company 

This automotive company with high standards for customer service is looking for the next superstar to join their team. 

Your new role 

• Providing excellent customer service and managing inbound calls and queries
• Operating phone calls in a professional manner, transferring calls where needed
• Assisting in providing reporting to Management when required
• Rotating roster between the office hours of 8.00am – 8:00pm Monday to Friday
• Resolving customer issues on first call resolution 

What you'll need to succeed 

• Must be an Australian Citizen or hold PR
• Previous or current Customer Service/ Collections experience/ Insurance
• Experience managing and responding to customer complaints
• Financial Services / Motor Vehicle industry experience 
• Proven experience being self-motivated and results-driven with an ability to work under own initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers and build relationships at all levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate experience in the Microsoft suite of products
• Strong time management and stakeholder management skills
• Rotating roster between the office hours of 8.00am – 8:00pm Monday to Friday
