Your Role:
As a Customer Service Operator, you will be the vital link between EastLink and our valued customers. Handling inbound calls, assisting with enquiries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. With support from our amazing team leaders and coaches, you will never feel alone in your journey.
