We are a rapidly growing team in a SaaS fintech, a very exciting new financial platform with existing multinational financial services partners.
As our SAAS Sales & Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing our software as a service (SAAS) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our sales, support, and development teams to ensure successful Sales of our products, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Implement SAAS solutions for our clients, ensuring timely and accurate setup, configuration, and customisation of the software to meet their needs.
- Provide Customer Support via email, phone, and chat, helping clients troubleshoot issues and providing solutions to technical problems
- Communicate with clients throughout the sales process, providing status updates and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Work collaboratively with our sales, support, and development teams to ensure successful Sales and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on new SAAS technologies and products to improve our sales processes and customer experience.
- Tracking and documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Regular structured and unstructured testing of the platform - including testing new features. Reporting bugs to the development team and feeding back updates to the broader team on progress towards resolution.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical aptitude, with a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with clients and build strong relationships.
- Experience providing Customer Support is essential
- Experience with Zendesk is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with SAAS Sales is preferred, but not required.
We offer a flexible work environment, with the ability to work from home. This role will be full-time. Must be Sydney based.
