Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone and internet enquiries in a highly professional and engaging manner.
- Supporting our cars and truck dealerships by fulfilling requests, clarifying desired information, completing bookings and appointments and forwarding requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Identify and escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate manager
- Update relevant data and bookings accurately and immediately using multiple computer software systems
- Assist in driving an effective performance culture through set KPIs.
Skills & Experience
- Automotive experience is not essential; ideally, you will have a background in sales or customer service; in-house training provided
- Call Centre or switchboard experience is desirable
- Personable, helpful and bright phone manner
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and policies
- Ability to problem solve (every phone call is different)
- Competency in the use of computer systems and programs
- Ultimately, you will have a desire to exceed customer expectations (must have a genuine interest in people)
