THE ROLE
As part of Council’s diverse and dynamic customer service and administration function, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of customer service and administrative support to all internal and external customers in an ad hoc relief capacity when required.
To be successful you will bring:
- Qualifications in a business discipline at Certificate III level, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines be flexible between tasks, show initiative and have the ability to adjust to changing priorities.
