Essential Skills Training and Recruitment is looking to add a new member to our team as a Customer Relations Officer.
This position is responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to existing and prospective students and employers. You will assist them in understanding our training programs and identify solutions to fit their needs. This role has a strong focus on customer service and administration as you guide students through the enrolment process.

Warabrook NSW
Fulltime position Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Position Requirements
- Student enrolment enquiries (phone/email)
- Supporting students through the enrolment process
- Traineeship sign ups
- Supporting students with work experience placements
- Liaising with job active providers
- Maintain relationships with all stakeholders
- Various administration duties
- Collaborating with various team members
Required Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service-related role
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training sector (desired but not essential)
- Experienced in core Microsoft programs – Word and Excel
- Excellent phone manner
- Loves a challenge and is responsive to change
- Able to problem solve
