We are looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist to join one of Australia's leading regional banks located in Cleveland. Join the supportive and friendly team at Bank Of Queensland that focuses on achieving customers' financial goals with a full suite of banking products.

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in the same or similar role. This is a permanent full-time role with an attractive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, plus super, per annum.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Account opening and closing
  • Customer interviews and being a part of their full review process
  • Consumer lending applications & lending file maintenance
  • Outbound calling to maintain and build Customer Relationships
  • Floor walking, business development and initiating quality conversations with customers
  • Strong focus on compliance
  • Cash handling and teller duties
The ideal candidate will have experience and skills as follows:
  • At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar role
  • Excellent customer service experience, preferably from the banking industry
  • Exposure to consumer lending would be advantageous
  • The drive to build long-lasting relationships and positive customer experiences
  • Contributor to a collaborative team environment
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for your customers and colleagues
  • Driven to take a personalised approach with every customer interaction
  • "Can do" approach to all aspects of your role
  • Ability to learn and confidently use several technical financial systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
