About the role:
- Utilise and maintain the TUNE DMS system to carry out the following:
- Contact customers post-sales experience to book servicing for the dealership in a professional manner
- TSA Retention (Primary work for FTG, Secondary support work for Waverley)
- Ensure all your daily activities are recorded and logged in the call registers and communicated to dealerships and reporting managers.
- Listen to customer concerns and report findings.
- Interpret customer concerns and offer possible remedies to encourage customers to return to dealership servicing.
About you:
- Current Driver’s License
- Basic computer literacy
- Interpretation skills and knowledge of the Company’s products and brands
- Selling and communication skills
- Professional, honest, and well-presented
- The ability to multitask.
- Team player with a 'can-do attitude’.
