About the role:

The Account Sales Assistant (ASA) role forms an integral part of our overall sales strategy. 

It is a key part to managing and owning the TFN customer relationships and service. 

The ASA main responsible is to managing relationships with our customers. 

And of course, prospecting for new customers. 

The role entails the exciting opportunity to engage and visit our customers in person 3 to 4 days on the road per week.

Main tasks/responsibilities:

The list below is not exhaustive, and the duties/responsibilities may vary to meet the overall objectives of the company.

• Regular face-to-face meetings with customers developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our customer.
• Operate as the point of contact for TFN customers.
• Communicates client needs and demands to TFN management and Operations.
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
• Collaborate with management team to reach prospective clients.
• Service multiple clients concurrently.
• Keep records of client interactions. 

Essential Criteria:

The ideal candidate is highly motivated and engaging. You will have the ability to multitask, prioritise and work autonomously.

• Driver’s license required.
• Previous 1+ years' experience in similar role.
• Highly motivated and target driven.
• Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills when managing processes.
• Computer Skills in Emails, Excel and Word Preferred. 
• Works well independently and in a team environment.

Position Description

The ASA is responsible for managing customer relationships including but not limited to:

External relationships:

1. Building strong relationships with customers and retaining and growing your nominated accounts.
2. Customer and sales reporting & analysis in timely manner. 
3. Proficient to learn company software “Fresh”
4. Good computer skills in word and excel>
5. Resolving and assisting with customer complaints.
6. Client visits.

Internal relationships:

1. Communicate with warehouse manager in relation to stock and order requirements.
2. Communicate with administration manager to assist with customer requests. 
3. Assist when needed with administration roles of invoices.

Food Safety and Quality:

1. At all times comply with staff personal protection equipment requirements
2. Compliance with zero tolerance of alcohol and drugs in the workplace.
3. Work with due care and consideration to safeguard your health and safety and the health and safety of others.

We offer the right candidate an start up salary package for this role a 

Salary starting from $65,000 + +  enthusiastic but not much experience candidate. 

and Up to $80,000+ Super + Bonus for an experienced starter.
